Your appointment has been booked and confirmed. You can refer back to the confirmation email that you have received for more information regarding your appointment. You can also pay online, reschedule, and edit your appointment through your confirmation email.
Our team will contact you upon arrival.
Please allow our team members a 15 minute window from your appointment start time due to traffic and unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there are any changes made to the schedule affecting your appointment time.
Our mobile units contain their own water and power so that we can clean your car anywhere anytime!
The only thing we need from you will be your keys to ensure that the vehicle does not lock at any time during the service. In some cases we may need to move your vehicle to have space to work. We require 3 parking spaces to properly provide service. It is also helpful if you are able to move the vehicle into an appropriate parking area before our team arrives to give them as much time to focus on cleaning as possible.
We recommend taking all of your personal belongings out of the vehicle before our arrival so that our team members are able to focus on cleaning during your service. Our detailers will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items and will not be expected to move items to complete service.
If you have not already submitted payment for your service, you may pay via cash or credit card at the end of the service.
*All cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the appointment value.
